What time can I check into my apartment?
Please plan your check in between 03.30 and 5.30 pm. If you want to check in later, please ask for the security code for our key safe. Please let us know, if you will be in Kaprun earlier, so you can store your luggage in our luggage room.
By what time do I need to vacate my room on the day of my departure?
Strictly speaking, we request that you vacate your room by 09.30 a.m. At your request and subject to availability, we can arrange a “Late Check Out” at an extra fee of 50 € per apartment. Please ask for information in advance at reception. .
When and how do I pay for my stay?
We do require a deposit at the point of booking so that we can secure your booking. Your bill will be calculated at the point of departure – you can then pay with cash, with bankcard or with your credit card (VISA, Amex, MASTERCARD).
At what point is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when your prepayment has been credited to our account. Booking enquiries are non-binding and DO NOT count as confirmed reservations. .
Can I cancel my stay?

Are there smoking areas in the hotel?
The hotel is a non smoking area. Of course you have the possibility to smoke on the balconies.
Can I bring my pet along with me?
We are looking forward to welcome also your "beste pal"! Please inform us on booking about your company! Expenses are incurred.
Is breakfast included?
Generally breakfast is not included (despite in the packages) Of your you can book the breakfast for one or more days with your apartment or on spot at the reception.
Where can I park my car?
There is a free safe, partly cannopied, parking directly at the hotel.
How can I use the internet?
In every apartment you have free W-lan. On check-in you receive the necessary password.
Is the Zell am See/Kaprun Card included in the summer-price?
Yes! Our summer adventure card opens you the doors to sporting, cultural and other activities in the heart of Pinzgau's diversified nature.
