Work should stay at home - but if that is not possible: your apartment has free WiFi. Of course, the ladies at the reception are also happy to help you at any time.

Parking:

You won't need your car. Park it for free in the protected hotel parking lot (partially covered). Because our environment is important to us, the Pinzgau mobility card is available to all of our guests. It enables you to use ALL public transport free of charge - from the train to the Postbus to the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn - for the entire period of your holiday between May 1st and October 31st. And during the winter season the free ski bus leaves directly in front of the hotel!

2 minutes walk to the supermarket; 1 minute walk to the (ski) bus stop; 5 minutes walk to the valley station of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Maiskogel / Kaprun ski area; 6 minutes by bus to the Schmittenhöhe / Zell am See ski area and in summer to Lake Zell. A wide variety of restaurants - from gourmet restaurants to cozy snack bars - are right on your doorstep and welcome you warmly! You will also find typical Austrian coffee houses and stylish cocktail bars within walking distance of the hotel. Ski school, bank, postal partner, doctor and pharmacy - everything is just a stone's throw away.

From what time can I move into my apartment?

Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. You will receive the code for the key box with your booking confirmation.

Would you like to get to know us personally? The reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

When do I have to leave the apartment upon departure?

We generally ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. On request and subject to availability, a “late check-out” is also possible by 6:00 p.m. at the latest for an extra charge of € 50.00 per apartment (free of charge for direct bookers). Please inform the reception in good time.

When and how do I pay for my stay?

When booking, we will inform you about the required deposit. Please pay the remaining amount upon departure in cash, with a debit card or credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard).

When is my booking binding?

A booking is only binding once your deposit has been credited to our account. Inquiries are always non-binding and NO fixed bookings.

Our house is a non-smoking house. Smoking is of course possible on the balconies and terraces.

Is the breakfast buffet included in the price?

Basically we offer our apartments without meals. Of course, you can book breakfast for one or more days at any time (of course also on site at the reception).

A protected, partially covered parking lot is available free of charge directly at the hotel.
